Growth means embracing discomfort and pushing myself beyond my limits. Expanding my knowledge, skills, and perspectives in all aspects of life is also important.
Being open to change and adapting to new situations are critical traits for growth. Setting goals and working hard to achieve them is a part of growth.
Ultimately, growth is about becoming the best version of oneself and continuously striving for improvement.
